At least 6 years experience working in a Datawarehouse environment
with rich implementation knowledge (Teradata would be highly
advantageous).

Strong design and architectural skills.

Experience working with de-normalised, star scheme style architecture
using either Oracle or SQL Server.

ETL experience is important for this role so experience with the likes
of Informatica, Datastage, Wherescape or SSIS is key.

Solid Cube build and design experience as exposure to BI tools such as
Cognos or Business Objects.


The company in question are still to decide which route they are going
to take technology wise. However, the probable tool will be Sql
Server. With this in mind we need people who have a proven track
record working with SQL Server and it's associated Datawarehouse
technologies

Day to day you will be working closely with the BI/DW Manager to help
build and implement solution across Datawarehousing. You will play a
pivoital role in developing a new Datawarehouse and Business
Intelligence application.
