In this role you will be involved in:
•End to end recruitment
•Business development
•Social media
•Building strong professional relationships with both candidates and clients
•Liaising extensively by phone and in person with clients
•Sales and Marketing
•Attending client visits in order to understand the culture of the company
•Providing an extremely high level of service
•Interviewing candidates
•Candidate care and responsibility
•Making a difference to candidate’s lives, by placing them in the RIGHT job!
It will be highly regarded if you have prior industry knowledge, either from experience as a recruitment consultant, through human resources studies or exposure to recruitment or a similar environment requiring exceptional communication and customer service skills, be business savvy, have a love for sales and expertise in negotiating, be highly organised, self-motivated, driven, and a great relationship builder and team player.
