Team Leader - Call Center
Highly regarded and respected corporate media centre in Blackburn are seeking two dynamic Team Leaders for there inbound and outbound contact centers. This highly successful up market centre has expanded and need experienced Team Leaders to undertake the day to day management, accountability and responsibility for up to ten highly skilled and sucsessful Agents. Essential criteria will include: ? Coaching, presentation and motivational skills ? Minimum one year experience as a Team Leader in a contact centre sales environment inbound or outbound ? Highly developed analytical and complex thinking skills ? Demonstrated understanding of sales principles ? Demonstrated ability to build and effective, high performance team. ? Demonstrated priority planning and organizational skills ? Demonstrated conflict resolution, negotiation and leadership/influencing skills ? Staff Performance Review and Development skills ? Media background would be a BONUS! To be successful to work in this unique industry and environment, you will need to have a passionate and vibrant leadership nature in order to lead your team to success!
