TEAM LEADER
MAJOR LEADING COLLECTIONS COMPANY CITY LOCATION IMMEDIATE START MONDAY-FRIDAY (5-9 PM) REWARDING ENVIRONMENT An opportunity for an accomplished Team Leader has become available due to continual growth in this vibrant organisation. Your focus will be to proactively manage a team of collection consultants while setting effective strategies to monitor your team's performance in order to reach KPI's. You will acquire excellent organisation, strong verbal communication & decision making skills, along with an extreme confidence in motivating your team. Previous experience within a contact centre, preferably within the collections or financial sector is a must. To be eligible for this role you MUST be a permanent resident.
