To undertake the day-to-day management, accountability and responsibility for up to 15 collectors. The team of Collectors will be to undertake both inbound & outbound collections. The key duties of the role include: - * To ensure strong relationships are developed with internal and external customers. * To be sales and service focused and to seek new and innovative ways of improving team performance. * To communicate management objectives to the team and to ensure that the efforts of the team are focused on achieving these objectives. * To analyse performance information and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, identifying trends at individual and team level and addressing any performance issues identified in an appropriate and timely fashion. * To act as a coach to the team members both informally and through formal coaching sessions, assessing skills and providing feedback which will improve performance and motivate individuals to achieve their targets To apply for this position e-mail your resume through to info@benchmarkrecruitment.com.au or call Engela on 03 9867 8500 for a confidential discussion.
