Team Leader
We are seeking that rare individual with "OUTSIDE THE BOX" thinking, a winning attitude and the ability to brighten any room they walk into and make everybody feel good.
A minimum of 2-3 years team leadership/management experience in an outbound telesales centre backed by a demonstratable proven track record is a pre requisite.
You are highly organised and passionate about customer service ensuring customers have the best possible experience.
Your pro-active problem solving and fantastic communication skills - both spoken and written allows you the ability to manage a team of different personalities with different training needs and goals ensuring they are achieving KPI's. Passion for coaching, training & mentoring for success is essential.
You are process driven, prepared to be hands on when required and understand the vital importance of monitoring calls for both coaching and quality assurance requirements.
You have a passion for improvement and prepared to try out different ideas.
A good working knowledge of microsoft office suite is essential and IT/Dialler technical knowledge would be helpful.
You must be flexible (some night shifts may be required, Saturday is part of the make up of hours), have a fun outgoing personality and enjoy rising to the challenge!
