Client description:
Our client is a leading IT services & solutions provider in the Middle East & North Africa enabling enterprises
to maintain the competitive edge in today’s dynamic market. Company employ over 700 professionals and
operates in the field of: Government, Banking & Finance, Transportation, Oil &Gas Petrochemicals,
Telecommunication, Health, Education.
Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Type of work: One year contract with possibility to expand.

Job description:
The position will support the company client's strategic planning and development agenda. The individual will
influence the organization strategy and help build new strategic planning capabilities instrumental in
developing and refining the organization long term strategy for the company. The individual will be
responsible for evaluating and supporting the execution of strategic plans. The role will not be limited to the
above activities, other assignments may include business process reengineering, development and
implementation of operational action plans, financial budgeting. ETC.
Qualifications:
* Very strong academic background from a top university. Advanced degree such as an MBA or PHD
is highly desirable.
* Extensive and relevant experience from a well- known management consultancy in absolutely
essential for this position.
* Fluency in English language skills- both written and oral.
* Knowledge of/ experience of working in the Middle East would be advantageous.
* Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to drive issue driven hypotheses.
* Strong leadership skills, the ability to work in a team environment and can demonstrate professional
integrity.
* Excellent presentation and personal skills.
* Excellent management and conflict resolution skills.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in strategy or corporate planning, at least two years within a leading
consultancy.
* Extensive experience of conducting strategic planning on a corporate level.
* Extensive knowledge of strategic analysis, planning and performance management methodologies
and tools.
* Experience conducting environmental, internal and gap analysis.
* Experience with project management, finance, cost reduction, organizational transformation or
strategic planning.
* An excellent track record with current organization and the ability to demonstrate rapid career
progression.

Expected Results:
* Assist in the development and refinement of the COMPANY CLIENT’s Strategic Plan.
* Support operational departments by building action plans for implementation of the strategic plan.
* Run workshops around strategic planning & performance management for COMPANY CLIENT's
departments.
* Conduct environmental, internal and gap analysis. Identify strategic issues and barriers and
recommend solutions.
* Monitor performance across departments on an on-going basis, and quickly identify potential
problems.
* Contribute analysis and ideas to strategic projects, e.g. resolving highest priority strategic issues.
* Design, develop, implement and maintain a set of strategic planning process, defining required
standard and governance.
* Add value to research and department data through careful analysis and review.
