Due to ongoing growth, the Technical Services group is seeking several motivated individuals for Maptek?s Brisbane or Newcastle office. Role: First point of contact for all internal and external Technical Support queries Technical support to our customers, as well as support and input to our product development and sales teams Quality technical assistance with products such as MS-SQL, Reporting Services, WLAN networking, HMI, with Software as your main specialty Occasional support regarding quotations, tenders and order processing Maptek will provide full product training and a clear career path to the successful candidate.
