Resident Medical Officer

Medacs Healthcare has immediate clinical jobs available for doctors as RESIDENT MEDICAL OFFICERS (RMO) in private hospitals throughout the UK.

These jobs offer a six month contract which can be renewed on an ongoing basis. The shifts are: 1 Week On, 1 Week Off OR 2 Weeks On (24/7), 1 Week Off.

RMO's are responsible for the post-operative care and observation of the patients undergoing elective surgery. These shifts provide excellent opportunities for doctors to return to their home countries on their weeks off, and, while on duty all accommodation and food are provided by the hospital.

All RMO's must have ALS and EPLS qualifications. The company will organise and pay for these courses before you commence work (the cost of these courses will then be deducted from the RMO's first pay checks.) Please also be aware that hospitals in the UK are always impressed with Doctors who have these qualifications.


Requirements:

Preferably some experience in General Surgery Anaesthesia, ICU, A&E or Psychiatry

Advanced English language skills

Eligibility for Full Registration with the General Medical Council
