Gold Recruitment is currently seeking a hands on and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join their highly motivated and driven team. Gold Recruitment is responsible for sourcing and recruiting the best talent in the market. As a rapidly expanding Recruitment Consultancy business, an opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and committed Recruitment Resourcer to be involved in a variety of recruitment resourcing and administration responsibilities for this dynamic recruitment business.

Key accountabilities for the role include:
- Candidate resourcing including database search, update and management
- Prescreening candidates for interview and providing a shortlist of suitably qualified candidates
- Conduct reference checks on candidates as required
- Maintain strong candidate networks and referrals by using social media marketing
- Assist with all marketing activities for both candidates and clients
- Provide high level of administrative support to all team members
