Receptionist
A position has become available in our Reception/Admin Assistant role.
Our professional services practice is in Parramatta area.
We are seeking a bright and bubbly individual to assist the Licensee with a varied range of reception and administrative tasks.
Your duties will include:
Maintaining all incoming phone calls
Attend to all incoming / Outgoing Mail
Filing / Scanning
Word processing
Stationery Maintenance
Diary Management
General Office Administrative duties
This is a varied role, and offers a great opportunity to expand your experience in administration.
You will ideally have:
A willing and professional work ethic
Previous experience in a similar role or in customer services roles
Be self motivated and have the ability to work unsupervised
Have a professional telephone manner
Good time management skills
Be experienced in using Microsoft word and excel
