Personal Assistant to CEO & Academic Director
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Minimum of a 3 year Bachelor degree from an Australian University;
Minimum 3 years experience as a PA or an Executive Assistant.
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
High level of understanding of IT systems;
Excellent attention to detail;
Superior administration, organisational and documentation skills;
Result oriented;
Deadline-focused, hands on and can-do attitude.

To assist the CEO and Academic Director in their daily administrative tasks.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
· Attend and organize management, executive meetings;
· Record minutes in the meetings;
· HR functions for the organization;
· Take charge of online advertising HR engines, monitor applications, assist to short list
applicants, conduct phone interviews and arrange interviews with the relevant executive member;
· Be a role model to junior administrative staff;
· Manage the CEO and Academic Director’s Outlook calenders;
· Screen telephone calls;
· Meet and greet visitors for the CEO & Academic Director;
· Keep vigilance on the latest updates on movements in the education market;
· Assist in any other administrative tasks assigned on the day.
