Operations Manager
Mr Flush Plumbing has a position available for a self motivated Operations Manager who will be responsible for the running of the business on a day to day basis with a key focus on scheduling of work, managing productivity of field staff, managing paperwork, invoicing, reporting to director.
Duties include:
• See all work through from initial enquiry to invoicing stage.
• Setting up job sheet from initial job request by email.
• Allocating time and tradesman for job.
• Contact client to make appointment as necessary.
• Dispatching tradesmen to jobs.
• Contact tradesmen throughout day with any change in scheduling or new jobs.
• Ensure correct materials and tools are noted for tradesman as far as practical i.e. note all relevant information about job on job sheet so correct gear can be taken.
• Follow progress of job as necessary.
• Keep in contact with clients to inform them of progress of works.
Requirements are:
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Strong people management skills
• Ability to multitask
• Moderate to advanced computer skills
• Implement changes to maintain and grow the business
• A background in Trades is advantageous
Must be a team player.
