Office Assistant - do you want a new challenge this job is for you!!!!
Working in a small team of 4 people - the position will enable to you explore all different aspects of administration.
Be able to read documents and then pull the document apart
Proofreading a must
Create programs using Microsoft Excel or Access
Be able to handle stressful situations
Be clear and concise with your work
General Office Duties included: filing, record keeping, office housekeeping
Position is 30 minutes from Toowoomba, 10 minutes from Oakey, 15 minutes from Highfields and 5 minutes from Kingsthorpe & Goombungee.
3 - 4 days per week
Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Access
Time Management Skills, Organisational Skills a must
