LangfordKelly is a new breed of mystery shopping. We need highly motivated, committed people with a keen eye for detail for assignments across the city.

WHAT IS MYSTERY SHOPPING?

As a Mystery Shopper you will assess different businesses on the whole customer experience you receive. You may be required to attend a retail outlet, make a phone call to a business or conduct an assessment of a website. You will then complete an online survey providing comments about your experience. Assignments can take anywhere between 20 minutes to 2 hours or may even involve an overnight stay in a hotel or motel.

WHAT TYPES OF ASSIGNMENTS?

• Shop at some of your favourite fashion outlets
• Dine in restaurants or cafes
• Test drive cars
• Get pampered at beauty or hair salons
• Play golf, go-cart racing, bowling with your mates
• Overnight getaways in hotels and resorts
• View new release movies

WHO DO WE NEED?

You must be over the age of 18 and provide us with photo identification. You also must have an email address and have access to the internet to submit your reports.

BENEFITS
You will be paid per assignment which may also include vouchers for particular stores where an assessment will be taking place. You will also be able to choose which assignments you want to complete.
