Multiple positions: Accountant, Marketeer, and etc

We are in the stage of putting our NGO together, putting the initial figures together. Everyone we hire will work with no wages until we start our fundraising activity, but will get paid the wages earned as soon as we do so in full.
Our NGO is called Shame International and aims 'giving voice' to people who have been denied the opportunity of giving their own accounts on their own life events by all the supposedly available democratic channels in society. Our NGO will sponsor legal fights, publish relevant data on the events, and others.  
We currently need:
1) Logo maker: Person to suggest logos following our demands, casual work, individual service provision agreement, no bonds or work entitlements;
2) Communications person: Person to write and type e-mails digests and all communications of the organization that are official, to send those communications, to keep files with names of those to receive them and history of exchange of communication, to compose website and update, to administer the website matters and solve any issues that are related. Permanent position, individual service provision agreement, all usual work entitlements;
3) Accounting person: Person to control all matters related to Accounting of the organization, to report officially on all of them, to keep books up to date and in a presentable state, to watch over all legal requirements, also in what regards employees' administration, being observed by our organization, and etc. Permanent position, individual service provision agreement, all usual work entitlements;
4) Auditor: Person to play the legally required role for us in the organization (fundraising agencies, Office of Gambling of NSW);
5) Marketing person: Person to contact third parties to arrange events, to arrange agreements of mutual and one way cooperation, to zeal over the public image of the organization in most profitable, but ethical, way as possible, person to oversee all activities of the organization, to zeal over our foundational principles and underlying philosophy being respected, and etc. Permanent position, individual service provision agreement, all usual work entitlements, participation in the profit in Marxist style;
6) Legal practitioner: Person to work on a casual basis on a 'no win no fee' sort of deal. Permanent casual position. We look for successful practitioners, people who have proven, even if at undergraduate level (probation or marks/achievements in relevant subjects) or in other countries, that they can generate actual results, actual wins in courts.
The qualities we are after that should be held by all candidates to our vacancies are:
a) Permanent resident or citizen of Australia;
b) Excellent English, native level;
c) Tertiary degree;
d) Determination, focus, daily competent use of logical processes (capability of presenting sound arguments in favor of their point of view, capability of accepting defeat for more perfectly drawn argumentation in terms of logic and embracing new paradigms from there, capability of learning and evolving from mistakes, capability of noticing and acknowledging mistakes, capability of volunteering punishment for those, and etc.);
e) Merit in their degrees and achievements;
f) Passion for helping others in a meaningful manner;
g) Passion for improving the world, fighting for justice, human rights, ethics in all trades, and legality of actions of all on earth;
h) Passion for proving their value in their embraced occupation;
i) Belief in superior forces to human beings and in spiritual consequences of each mistake in their actions on earth, especially moral mistake;
j) High levels of independence and maturity, as well as responsibility.
