Current Internship opportunity: Helpdesk/Desktop Support Level 2
By completing the training and internship program you will be equipped enough to enter into the IT Industry as a Helpdesk and Desktop support professional. As an additional bonus, we provide job placement assistance as well.
Duration: 12 weeks [10 hours per week - minimum shift 5 hours and 2 days a week* ]
Internship Fee: FREE
A brief summary of skills you will gain are as follows:
- Ability to use PC Remote Software
- Ability to use virtual Tools for Software Training
- Experience with using Ticketing System to manage customer cases
- Experience using various systems to gather customer information
- Ability to work independently and in a Team Environment

Flexible hours and no experience necessary, however, applicants must be highly self motivated and an IT savvy. There is NO fee associated with this Internship Programme. Current University/TAFE students are encouraged to apply.
All XuLiv Group interns are reimbursed up to $360* at the end of the internship to cover travel and other costs, provided that the candidate is on time, and performs all tasks and duties with the right attitude.
