As Head Porter you will possess:
- 3 years experience within Concierge or Porter duties looking to take the next step.
- professional customer service oriented outlook
- hospitality experience
- Thorough knowledge of the local area or the determination to explore the area.
- Current NT License
- H endorsement and a light Right license are desirable but not essential
- The ability to work a rotating 24 hour, 7 day a week roster is required (night shifts usually not required)
- Excellent leadership skills and abilities.
- polished presentation & exceptional communication skills
- friendly, level headed, "can do" attitude & enthusiastic team player
- ability to work shift work / evenings or weekends
- experienced in dealing with guest luggage FIT & Groups
- Supervisor and motivate on duty staff daily
