Must be self motivated, enthusiastic, competent in all areas of kitchen operations. Able to work efficiently while under pressure maintaining a high standard of consistency.

Demonstrate a passion for food, especially seafood and create innovative menus.

Enjoy working in a team environment, Act in a professional manner and be well groomed.
