System Built Exhibitions (SBX) has operated in Canberra and surrounds since 1985 originally supplying furniture hire and trade booths for exhibitions. We operate primarily in Canberra and several times a year in Melbourne, Sydney and country NSW.
Over the years we have added to our product and services range to include custom booths, lighting, floors, stages, audio-visual, rigging, signs and banners, forklift hire and event management. In recent times we have added outside services such as pavilions and generator hire and we have become increasingly active in the supply, storage and build of Government and corporate stands around Australia.
We endeavor to provide a one-stop-shop for exhibition organisers and exhibitors with our emphasis on a professional job done on time every time with exemplary service.
A position has become available for an Exhibition Coordinator.
Tasks involved include:
•Processing orders, answering calls and handling enquiries
•Invoicing
•Arranging the sub-hire of certain items
•General office duties as they arise

•Excellent customer service skills & exceptional verbal and written communication
•Ability to multi task and perform under strict deadlines
•Strong organisational and time management skills
•General administrative experience
