- Pricing residential projects to double storeys
- Prior scheduling estimating experience within Residential Home Building in WA
- Delivery of estimates / quotes to strong client base
- Research, plan, estimate, prepare & tender of projects to WA building/Construction industry
- Execute in a timely & efficient manner, strict attention to cost, contingency & risk planning
- Computer literate

Estimator skills we need:
- Relevant Estimating/Scheduler qualifications and experience preferably 2+ years experience in similar role
