Direct Sales Reps - Fundraising

WAYS Fundraising are looking for experienced sales people to work on behalf of our charity clients.

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
• Face to face charity sales
• Direct marketing
• Promotions
• Performing Arts
We are seeking face to face fundraisers and team leaders to work in different public locations across the city. The job involves raising awareness about the charity and recruiting regular long term donors.

The ideal candidates for this role will be resilient, have excellent rapport building skills, be positive, energetic and have a passion for making a difference in the charity sector.

Successful applicants will be rewarded with:
• Solid base wage plus performance related bonuses
• Specific training related to face to face fundraising
• Travel opportunities with accommodation + transport provided
• Advancement into leadership roles
• Full time hours Monday to Friday 9-530pm
