We are based in Southport Suburbs has started to be one of the busiest car repair and detailing shop in Gold Coast. we are currently seeking Customer recruitment Officer to join their successful team immediately!

To be considered for this role you MUST have excellent communication skills, excellent phone manner, good computer skills and exceptional customer service skills. Minimum 1 year Experience in automotive industry will be an advantage.

To be successful in this position you must have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• have an understanding of the automotive industry from a dent repair, vehicle detailing, or general automotive background
• Good computer/typing skills
• Problem solving skills
• a knowledge of sales and marketing principals and automotive local contacts
• Excellent customer service skills

Main responsibilities include:
• Making booking for repairs and service of vehicles
• Advise customers of “paint less dent repair”, “Engine Detailing Service” and arrange subsequent bookings for those service.
• Follow up on service bookings of repair jobs warranty
• Participate in any relevant in-house training
• Customer complaint management
• Ongoing database maintenance

Performance standards for this position are met when customer satisfaction through continual customer contact is established and maintained to meet monthly recruitment target.
