Civil/Structural - Certifying Engineer

For the Sydney Office, we are looking for Civil Engineering professional with minimum 5 years experience to become an integral part of our Formwork and Shoring division. The Engineer's most important task is to oversee and coordinate Formwork design solutions submitted by Engineering Design team members around Australia. The candidate would also be responsible to develop the most cost-effective formwork, shoring or scaffolding solutions for various kinds of concrete construction projects in conjunction with his/her oversight responsibilities. These solutions are based on the company’s 30 standard product systems that range from straight wall formwork for retaining walls to sophisticated self-climbing systems used in the construction of the highest buildings in the world.
The candidate must be a professionally licensed Engineer in Australia and must be a CPEng. Prior construction related engineering experience is an asset for this position and previous management experience is required.
Extensive training is provided, including seminars in Germany. Therefore, we are looking for individuals who are interested in a challenging position that requires flexibility, responsibility and self-motivated individuals with good communication skills. Career possibilities are available.
