Chef/Kitchen Professional

Full Time Kitchen Professional required in a friendly flexible environment. Position is in the Tamworth Region.
This business has new ownership, new ideas and new goals. Our aim is to deliver the highest quality of customer service, food and beverage in the area.
You will need the following:

*Experience in all aspects of Commercial Cookery.
*Become the Mentor of Junior professional staff.
*Be reliable and competent in all aspects of kitchen management.
*Consistent in quality and presentation
*Be highly organised, self-motivated & efficient, & capable of working under pressure.
*Start is Mid November 2011.
