Car Spray Painter

JASTEC Australia Pty ltd requires an experienced sale person who can work for our company as recruitment officer at our Adelaide workshop. We are a starting business in the automotive industry and we want a responsible person to take on this job.

Main responsibilities include:
• Making booking for repairs and service of vehicles
• Advise customers of “paint less dent repair”, “Engine Detailing Service” and arrange subsequent bookings for those service.
• Follow up on service bookings of repair jobs warranty
• Participate in any relevant in-house training
• Customer complaint management
• Ongoing database maintenance

Performance standards for this position are met when customer satisfaction through continual customer contact is established and maintained to meet monthly recruitment target.
This is a sales based commission position or other options negotiable. Remuneration rate by negotiation paid per sale. Results driven sales staff needed.

• Excellent sales skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• have an understanding of the automotive industry from a dent repair, vehicle detailing, or general automotive background
• Problem solving skills
• a knowledge of sales and marketing principals and automotive local contacts
• Excellent customer service skills


Minimum 1 year Experience in automotive industry will be an advantage.
