Bar Manager
CHILL ON ICE LOUNGE & SKI LODGE
An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Bar Manager to join the Chill On Team.
Successful applicants will be responsible and have experience in the following area:
a) Being responsible for daily operations of the ice lounge, ski lodge and reception (development and quality maintenance)
b) Oversee the supervision and provide directions to crew members (memos, rosters, dress, attitude and guest service etc)
c) Generally setting an example of high level customer service, presentation and sales technique for all Crew Members
d) Stock Control - Liaising with suppliers to ensure correct stock levels are maintained and shrinkage is monitored
e) Follow company guidelines, supplemented with your own flair, in an effort to maximise visual impact and sales
f) Liaise closely with the Director and Management team - attending meeting etc.
Essential Requirements:
Bar / Cocktail experience
2 years work experience in a leadership role
Function management experience
Ability to mentor crew members
RSA Certificate and Liquor Licensing knowledge
This position requires evening and weekend work.
