Assistant to CEO

• Dealing with all incoming communications (mostly email)
• Monitoring, and managing where necessary, incoming purchase orders, outgoing despatch, and freight coordination.
• Managing supplier accounts, banking (deposit cheques only)
• Preparing and sending out info and Point of Sale material to sundry customers, universities and schools
• Managing diaries, including travel arrangements
• Managing production of presentations and markeing material in association with the UK based International Marketing manager
• Research projects on specific issues
• A myriad of other adhoc issues


If you are enthusiastic about global humanitarian and ethical issues, this may be the post for you? You will need administrative skills, be highly organised and have good inter-personal skills.
Ability to work with Powerpoint and Excel as well as basic accountancy skills
A 'can-do' attitude.


Experience of working in a busy and demanding environment
