Appointment Setting/Telemarketing

The Pipeline Marketing Group is a boutique marketing agency based in Surry Hills, working with some of the largest blue-chip companies in Australia.

Due to our rapid expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic, driven people who are able to work in a team environment; who are committed to set tasks; and who can deliver results.

In order to be successful in this role, you must possess:


* Previous experience in an outbound appointment setting or telemarketing role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent negotiation and organisational skills
* Previous experience in a customer focused environment
* The ability to work to KPI’s and achievement of targets
* Able to express themselves via concise language
* Able to relate to people of various backgrounds
* Upbeat, persistent and consistent
