Appointment Setter - IT Industry

One of Australia’s leading providers of managed infrastructure, private network connectivity, website design and maintenance.
Your role will be to generate lead activities that will be provided to you.
Daily tasks will include:
Cold/Warm calling prospects to set appointments for the Sales Executives
Maintaining the Database/CRM to manage lead generation activities including follow up’s.
Collation of lists and mail out activities
Reporting daily on calls and appointments made
You will have:
Call Centre Exp (Outbound/Inbound)Compotent Computer Skills (working with the internal CRM/database system to manage lead generations
High level of Self Motivation & Excellent Communication Skills
Fluent & Strong Command of the English language
A professional phone manner is mandatory as you will be engaging with IT Managers/Directors.
A genuine interest in the IT industry will be looked upon favourably.
