Full Job Description
My client is CBD based and looking for someone who is available to start ASAP!
This is more a software support role than a technical support role.
My client requires someone more involved with user support, rather than technical software installation and configuration.
Help Desk support employees provide in depth assistance to users of client software application in terms of investigating feature and operational faults, educating users how to perform transactions using the applications functionality, investigate issue reports relating to data integrity and/or system performance related events.
This is a level 1 applications/software Support role that will require excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be dealing with customer enquiries both over the phone and via email.
Candidates who have experience within the auto industry or very good experience with ERP applications are invited to apply.
Skills required:
M/S office suite.
Excel reporting.
ERP or DMS experience
Windows 2000/2003.
XP.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Desirable:
Experience in a similar Level 1 position
Experience with Dealer Management Systems.
Experience within the automotive industry.
Tertiary education in Information Technology.
Highly motivated and driven .
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
