Accounts/Administration Support

Do you have? ?Any accounts receivable and payable skills and experience ?Experience in or assisting with an administration role ?Great communication skills with the ability to develop a rapport with clients ?Reception and or office experience within a customer service enterprise ?Good typing skills ? min 35 wpm ?Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills including Spreadsheets, Word Processing, Outlook etc ?Accurate and high attention to detail ?The ability to think ?outside the square? and act with initiative ?A friendly and bubbly, but mature personality ?An interest to learn new things and take on responsibility ?A team player attitude We are looking for the right person to take on this position with passion and ownership to provide administrative support to the sales team and the financial controller.
