Duties will include:

Providing internal Accounts Payable support

Assisting in processing of scanned invoices

Performing reconciliation and invoice clearance

Respond with good customer service to external supplier queries

Provide further support to Accounts payable roles as required

The ideal applicant will have:

Knowledge in the areas of GST

Computer LAN, Mainframe, and Internet

Experienced with Excel, Word, Loftus notes

Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication

Internal and external customer service

Ability to build good business relationships with customers

BONUS IF YOU HAVE ACE/procurement Match and ACE/Purchasing and Masterpiece will be highly regarded.
